Acousti-Seal® Single Panel Systems
At Modernfold, we offer a range of single-panel operable wall systems to provide the ultimate in versatility and flexibility. Our single-panel partition systems solve complex layout challenges, satisfy high ceiling requirements up to 60' tall, accomodate a wide variety of floor conditions, and are available with easy-to-operate Smart Track™ all-steel suspension system technology, making panel storage virtually foolproof.
Modernfold offers four products under the Acousti-Seal® Single Panel Model.
Acousti-Seal® Encore®
When top-of-the-line acoustical performance and premium aesthetics are desired, Acousti-Seal® Encore® raises the bar in the operable partition industry. This single-panel system features an unprecedented industry-leading 56 STC, along with automatic SureSet™ top and bottom seal operation.
Acousti-Seal® Legacy®
The Acousti-Seal® Legacy® single-panel system features unitized panel construction for durability and premium aesthetics, all while utilizing a slim 3” platform and offering a variety of STC options for your space division needs.
Acousti-Seal® Premier®
The Acousti-Seal® Premier® series is an economical product with a wide array of finish options. The Premier® single-panel system can match existing construction or reflect a true, individualized look.
Acousti-Seal® Legacy® - Fire Rated
Featuring many of the same benefits as Acousti-Seal® Legacy®, the Acousti-Seal® Legacy® - Fire Rated system also provides the extra safety precautions some buildings require with a one-hour fire rating tested at Underwriters Laboratories (UL®).
