U.S. GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL

Modernfold is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a community of leaders working to spur the acceptance of sustainable building practices. USGBC is the originator of the LEED® rating system, which provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

INTERNATIONAL CODE COUNCIL

Modernfold is a member of the International Code Council (ICC), an association dedicated to helping the building safety community and construction industry provide safe, sustainable and affordable construction through the development of codes and standards used in the design, build and compliance process.
