Challenger School

Education - For its population, Las Vegas has a remarkably large number of independent schools. In 1960 Barbara B. Baker founded the Challenger School, whose success is based on the strength of their curriculum and on the effectiveness of their teaching methods.

With over 20 locations across the western states, Challenger Schools provide exceptional education for thousands of children. Students learn how honesty, integrity, and independence relate, and that with these traits they earn personal dignity.

Modernfold 800 accordion partitions were used in the Challenger School to provide flexible space between the auditorium and the gymnasium. With the ball bearing trolley system, these partitions operate with ease to separate the space.
